What's inside

• Times computed on your device

  • Fajr, Sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha are calculated on your phone with the well-established PrayTimes astronomical method — no internet needed and nothing to load.
  • Sixteen calculation methods: Muslim World League, ISNA, Umm al-Qura, Egyptian, Karachi, Tehran, Jafari, Diyanet, Gulf, Kuwait, Qatar, Singapore, Dubai, Moonsighting Committee, UOIF France and Russia.
  • Pick your Asr madhab — Standard or Hanafi — and a high-latitude rule for northern regions where the sun barely sets.
  • A manual Hijri-date adjustment, so the date shown matches your local moon-sighting.

• Adhan, reminders and iqamah

  • Decide for each of the five prayers how it calls you: the full adhan, a notification, a silent banner, or nothing at all.
  • Add a reminder a few minutes before a prayer, and an iqamah alert after the adhan — each prayer with its own gap, not one shared by all five.
  • The adhan is heard even while your ringer is silenced, with a one-tap Stop.

• Auto-silence during salah

  • Your phone mutes itself for a window around each prayer and restores the ringer afterwards — so it never rings mid-salah, and you never forget to switch it back.
  • Set how many minutes before it starts, how long the prayer lasts, and how many minutes after it restores.
  • Choose silent or vibrate, and which of the five prayers it applies to.

• Three home-screen widgets

  • The full Today bar, with your location, the Gregorian and Hijri date and all five times.
  • A compact Next prayer countdown, or a tall Vertical list of today's times.
  • Each highlights the next prayer and counts down to it live, at whichever font size you choose.

• Your location, your way

  • Detect it automatically, search by city name, or type exact coordinates — and keep more than one place saved.
  • Your coordinates stay on your device and are never sent to us. We run no servers and collect nothing.
  • Turning coordinates into a readable place name uses Android's own geocoder, which on most phones is an online service; entering coordinates by hand skips it entirely.

• No connection required

  • Every time is computed on your phone, so the app works on a plane, underground, while travelling, or anywhere with no signal.
  • Nothing to download, no account to create, nothing to wait for.

• Made for everyone

  • The whole app in English, Arabic (fully right-to-left), Turkish, Indonesian, Russian and Azerbaijani.
  • Light, dark and system themes, to match how you read at Fajr and at Isha.
  • A 12- or 24-hour clock, whichever you read more easily.

• Private by default

  • No account, no ads, no third-party tracking and no analytics — there is nothing to sign in to and nothing of yours to upload.
  • Free, with no paid tier and nothing held back for one.

Salatuk is the prayer-times app from i-muslim, developed by Caspian Tools — with Quran and Hadith as separate apps. We keep the times accurate, the app quiet, and your data on your phone.

1. 1.9.0A new app iconAugust 14, 2026

   Salatuk has a new icon. The mosque on your home screen now matches the one on the Play listing, drawn in the i-muslim green — so Salatuk and the i-muslim Quran app finally look like a family. It is redrawn from scratch rather than resized, so it stays whole whatever shape your launcher masks icons into, and it now follows your wallpaper as a themed icon on Android 13 and later. The icon on prayer notifications was redrawn to match.

2. 1.8.0A month and year prayer calendar you can export, and a separate iqamah time per prayerAugust 12, 2026

   New: a prayer calendar. See a whole month's times in one table, or the whole year at a glance, and export any month or year as a standard .ics file to import into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook — the file is built on your device, nothing is uploaded. Also new: each prayer now has its own gap between the adhan and the iqamah, instead of one shared for all five. Still fully offline, no ads, no tracking.
