حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ بِهَذَا الْمَعْنَى قَالَ وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ فِي الْخَامِسَةِ " إِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاقْتُلُوهُ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَكَذَا فِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي غُطَيْفٍ فِي الْخَامِسَةِ .
English
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Ibn ‘Umar through a different chain of narrators to the same effect. This version has :I think he said for the fifth time: If he drinks it, kill him. Abu Dawud said: And similarly the word “a fifth time” occurs in the tradition of Abu Ghutaif
